1. Products and listings
Where We Became Us offers personalised and non-personalised artwork and related products. Each product listing explains whether the item is digital or physical and describes its specific files, sizes, personalisation, delivery method, turnaround time and inclusions. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, no physical print, frame or shipment is included. Styled product images are for presentation only.
2. Pricing and payment
The price shown in each product listing applies to that product and its stated inclusions. The final amount, currency, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. An order begins only after payment is successfully confirmed.
3. Personalisation and your approval
For personalised products, you are responsible for checking the spelling, dates, places, memories, images and options you submit. We preserve your confirmed content, but may adjust presentation details needed to fit the selected design. You must have permission to submit and use all content you provide.
4. Proofs, revisions and turnaround
Where a product includes a proof or revisions, the number of revisions, estimated proof timing and final turnaround are stated in its listing. Turnaround estimates can change if information is incomplete, feedback is delayed, extra revisions are requested or events outside our reasonable control occur.
5. Delivery, files and printing
Each listing states whether delivery is digital or physical. Digital file formats, dimensions and resolution are provided in the relevant listing. Physical-product delivery terms and charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. Screen colours and printed colours can differ, and results vary by printer, paper, ink and settings. We are not responsible for a third-party printer's output when the supplied file is correct.
6. Personal-use licence
After full payment, digital artwork includes a non-exclusive licence to download and print the final files for personal use and personal gifts. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or design rights. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or use our artwork, templates or previews commercially without written permission.
7. Brand and design rights
Where We Became Us retains ownership of its brand, layouts, visual systems, templates and website content. You retain rights in the original words and information you submit.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing or malicious content; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorised access; or reproduce the personalisation system.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect loss or for third-party services outside our control.
